Overview
We are looking for a positive, energetic team member to join Accounts Receivable Team.

Responsibilities-

  • Review and process guest refunds
  • Invoice completion and payment reconciliation
  • Investigate chargebacks and disputes
  • Review contracts to ensure elements are accurate

Qualifications·

  • Math skills and problem solving skills
  • An understanding of the invoicing and billing cycle
  • Excellent attention to detail and can work to a defined timeline
  • Working knowledge of Excel and Word and how to import and export various files into these programs and forward thinking to look for ways to improve processes and efficiencies
  • Ability to learn our Hotel systems – training will be provided
  • Highly organized and strong time management skills·
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Ability to respond/adapt to changing work volume
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work cooperatively within a team setting to anticipate and help fellow colleagues as well as working independently
  • A recent graduate of, or working towards a bookkeeping/accounting program is preferred
  • Current invoicing experience an asset
