Responsibilities:
We are looking for a personable and enthusiastic Finance Administrator to join our vibrant and collaborative team following an internal promotion!
In this role, you will support the Finance Manager in fulfilling the financial requirements of Hōhepa, ensuring we have the necessary funds to provide a good life for the people we serve.
You will collaborate with a variety of internal and external stakeholders, including Support Managers and the people we support, fostering strong relationships and quickly establishing trust.
You will become part of a dedicated team that is passionate about our work at Hōhepa. This collaborative team is united by a shared purpose: to make a positive difference in people’s lives.
This role is 32 per week, and we’re open to discussing flexible employment practices, including partial working from home and adaptive working hours.
Duties included in this role are:
- Monitoring accounts inbox and phone for all internal and external communications
- Invoicing for transactions and internal billing
- Board and Rent Agreements
- WINZ MSD Management
- Maintaining AR Accredo database
- Monitor and process petty cash
- Additional month-end Accounts Receivable processing and communications
- Year end audit assistance
- Finance projects coordination
- Donations tracking and processing
- Debt collection
- Aged debtor management and aged-RIBA follow up
- Actively work alongside with internal and external stakeholders whilst promoting Hohepas values
