Description:

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a finance-related role, preferably in bookkeeping or AAT qualification
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, experience with accruals, prepayments, VAT returns, and balance sheet reconciliations
  • Familiarity with direct debit processes, maintaining fixed asset registers, and working with debt collection portals is highly desirable
  • Ability to work with precision, ensuring accurate records and reports
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple responsibilities within tight deadlines

Responsibilities:

YOUR ROLE AT ARGYLL

As a Finance Administrator, you will be responsible for managing a variety of finance-related tasks, including direct debit processing, maintaining the fixed asset register, accounting and reporting for small entities, and other finance administration duties. This role requires a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
