The teams across Finance Service Delivery process a range of financial transactions and ensure procedures and processes are followed to deliver a high-quality service to our clients.
Our Finance Administrators work across various Accounts Payable teams, working together to deliver the full Purchase to Pay service to our clients. They are responsible for dealing with a range of queries from internal colleagues and external customers. Some positions are responsible for ensuring accurate and efficient delivery of Finance related advice, whilst other positions involve working in teams processing high volumes of AP transactions like invoices.
We have a fixed-term contract position available, and while previous finance experience is an advantage we are also looking for candidates with a proactive can-do attitude and so these roles are a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to join a company that encourages curiosity and career development.

To do this role well you will need:

  • Education to GCSE level English and Maths (or equivalent qualifications)
  • Experience working in a finance environment or an interest in doing so
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service at all times
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines

THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW

To be considered, you will need to successfully obtain BPSS clearance before commencing the role, obtaining clearance usually takes 5-10 working days.
UKSBS does not hold a Home Office Sponsor Licence under the UK Immigration System, therefore applicants must have eligibility to live and work in the UK at application stage.
