POSITION:
We are looking for an experienced Finance Administrator to join our busy, friendly Finance Team. We operate a hybrid working environment, predominantly based within the office with some flexibility for home working.
REQUIREMENTS:
The successful candidate will be able to work to strict monthly deadlines and should demonstrate excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) and a high attention to detail to ensure accuracy when dealing with volume transactions.
Experience of Access Dimensions (or a similar accounting package) is desirable but not essential for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Authorisation of purchase invoices received from our Network of clinical providers
- Raising and processing of weekly and monthly sales invoices to our clients
- Communication with IPRS Operations Team to ensure continuous improvements to the efficiency of the process of invoice authorisation
- Building up a relationship with our Network Providers in order to improve accuracy within invoice submissions
.Production and maintenance of detailed process flow documents
.Participation in the team telephone rota, to include taking payment of excesses by credit card
- Other general financial administrative duties as necessary to maintain the smooth-running of the department.
