EXPERIENCE

As the successful candidate, you will have a minimum of one year experience in a financial administration role, preferably in similar corporate environment. From a technical perspective, you will have ideally gained experience in Queensland trust accounting and investment rules and regulations, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Aderant.

Responsibilities:

We are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic Finance Administrator to join our Brisbane team.
Working in this role, you will play a crucial role in supporting and managing the financial operations of the firm. You will provide exceptional service to both internal and external stakeholders, consistently displaying high attention to detail and professionalism.

Key duties will include:

  • Assisting with monthly billings;
  • Processing trust transactions on request;
  • Processing MasterCard and expense reimbursement approvals and coding;
  • Reviewing investment accounts and bank reconciliations;
  • Payment and entering of legal creditors;
  • Assisting with trust audits;
  • Managing the finance email inbox; and
  • Providing overflow assistance to the broader finance team, including opening of matters and reporting.
