Description:

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrator for our busy care home. In this role, you will be essential to the smooth operation of the home, handling administrative tasks that support the delivery of high-quality care to our residents.
Your responsibilities will be varied and include overseeing daily administrative functions, managing inquiries and correspondence with residents, families, and external parties, and handling billing and invoicing processes. You will also monitor and reconcile resident financial accounts, assist in budget preparation and financial reporting, and act as a key point of contact between residents, families, staff, and external stakeholders.
We are looking for someone with prior experience in an administrative role, ideally within a healthcare or care home setting. Strong organisational and multitasking skills are required, along with the ability to communicate effectively with staff, service users, and their families. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential, and experience with basic finance administration and financial systems would be advantageous.
In return, this role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact and benefit from ongoing training and development, supporting both your current role and your career growth
We also offer you a range of benefits that you would expect from an organisation that support others.

Balancing work and family are made easier with our suite of enhanced family friendly policies and your health and wellness are prioritised with access to our health cash plan, giving you cash back for a wide range of health treatments. We even have access to a care concierge service to assist you with life’s challenges, providing invaluable support when you need it most.
But we also know that your training and development is important to you, and as well as a contribution to your professional membership fees, we are keen to support you in making the right steps to learn, grow and develop in ways that are right for you.
