Description:
We have an exciting opportunity available for a Finance Administrator to join our Finance team in Wigan on a full time, permanent basis.
As our Finance Administrator your role will be to assist with all administrative tasks within the finance department. You receive a competitive salary plus fantastic benefits including;

OUR IDEAL FINANCE ADMINISTRATOR WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE;
- Must be computer literate
- Possess good oral and written communication skills
- Be self-motivated, enthusiastic, and willing to learn
- Good team player
- Office environment experience (desirable)
- Confident in Microsoft Excel (desirable)

Responsibilities:
AS OUR FINANCE ADMINISTRATOR YOUR ROLE WILL INCLUDE;
- Process and send sales invoices to customer for products and delivery.
- Follow up payment on overdue invoices by our customers
- Process and seek approval of all debit notes received by the business.
- Manage and communicate all emails received into the Accounts receivable inbox.
- Request or download proof of deliveries from courier portals.
- Assist the Sales ledger Clerk and Purchase Ledger Clerk in busy times and to provide cover during periods of annual leave.
