Finance Analyst - 12 month FTC

Are you delivery focused and motivated to drive forward key outputs? As a Financial Analyst in our Transformation and Bordereau Management team, you’ll bring your experience to support the General Ledger Reconciliation and reporting activities within the team and be the subject matter expert for AXA Health reporting.
You’ll drive forward key outputs including ensuring timely reporting of AXA Health Premiums, Claims and Population. You’ll also be responsible for nurturing strong relationships with key stakeholders.
At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You’ll work at least 40% of your week away from home, moving to the majority of your working week from September 2025. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events. • Using your strong analytical skills and advanced MS Excel knowledge to analyse complex data sets for performance evaluation, analysis and reconciliation.
• Oversee the month end processing and be responsible for accounting adjustments, liaise with key stakeholders on any data, performance, or reconciliation issues.
• Responsible for the future development of the reporting for AXA Health Limited as new business streams are bought online through the Digital strategy.
• Working through the AGILE process and cycle planning with developers in discovery/test/implementation phases, acting as the business process expert, to enable the AGILE delivery to stay on target in their test windows.
• Support internal and external audit activity in relation to AXA Health Limited and our other International & UK partners.
