The Role
As a commercial finance analyst within the finance team, you will play a critical role in supporting the business in strategic decisions and providing financial information to key stakeholders. You will work cross-functionally across multiple different teams and contribute to the growth of the business.

This is a hybrid role but will require a minimum of 3 days a week working from the central London office, and reports into one of our Senior Commercial Finance Managers.
The day to day

As a Commercial Finance Analyst your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

  • Key contact to our partnerships team, including tracking performance, building financial models, posting month end partner journals and working closely with our Data & Insights team to set up partner payment scripts
  • Work alongside our Data & Insights team to ensure actuals and budget information is correct within our systems
  • Assist in the production of the monthly board pack for the Exec team, the Board and other stakeholders
  • Assist in the tracking of current performance and in month forecasting
  • Provide monthly management information to budget holders, senior managers and the Board in accordance with business timelines and a presentation format as required
  • Support with the year end audit process
  • Assisting with the development of our financial modelling tool, Anaplan
  • Handle ad hoc requests from inside and outside the finance team

What we are looking for:

  • Part or newly qualified accountant – ACA, CIMA, ACCA or equivalent
  • Strong technical background in either commercial finance or audit
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and communications skills
  • High level of computer literacy in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to quickly learn new processes
  • Enjoy working in a fast paced and fun environment
  • Happy to take on new tasks which may be challenging
  • Comfortable juggling different tasks of equal priority

Desirable skills:

  • Experience with Anaplan and NetSuite
