                                • Experience with PeopleSoft and Salesforce beneficial.

                                Responsibilities:

                                ROLE PURPOSE

                                To provide high quality finance support to the Capital Advisors and Operational Real Estate teams.

                                KEY RESPONSIBILITIES



                                  • Processing Supplier Invoices.



                                    • Fee forecasting, revenue management & reconciliation to Client IQ.



                                      • Preparation of month end accruals.



                                        • Raising client fee invoices when required.



                                          • Sourcing supporting documentation to comply with internal Revenue Recognition.



                                            • Performing reconciliations for our Joint Venture Business.



                                              • Ad hoc analysis of financial data where required.
