Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

You will be responsible for preparation of quarterly FX revaluation, preparation of reporting deliverable for External Auditor, Group and Civil stakeholders, and being the key point of contact for queries from these stakeholders. You will also:

  • Be responsible for Reporting Team period end journals relating to operating costs, recharges and central accruals.
  • Prepare actuals vs forecast variance analysis each period-end, investigate variances and present the results to the Reporting Finance Manager and Head of Civil Reporting.
  • Prepare the five-year forecast for Civil UK HQ and present this to key stakeholders.
  • Perform Civil HQ Balance Sheet Review and present to key stakeholders (including Deputy Financial Controller and Head of Civil Reporting).
