FIXED TERM CONTRACT POSITION

ElectroRoute is seeking a Finance Analyst to work in ElectroRoute’s Dublin office. This role will be within the broader finance team and will report to the Senior Finance Analyst and will be working alongside the Financial Control team. The role will involve a range of key finance activities of central importance to the operation and growth of the company.

• Analysing of trades and performing trade verification checks
• EMIR and MIFIT reporting
• Processing bank transactions to the accounting system
• Performing debtor and creditor reconciliation and related analysis
• Processing expense claims and credit card transactions
• Processing supplier payments and communicating with suppliers
• Ensuring all receipts are posted daily and ledgers are up to date
• Communicating with internal teams on transaction and various other information
• Scanning and filing permanent records
• Updating and maintaining procedural documentation
• To carry out any other ad-hoc duties as requested
