QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate of BS Accountancy or Management Accounting or any Finance or Business-related courses
• Preferably with at least 3 yrs to 5 years of experience in accounting, finance, or audit preferably in controlling and reporting or relevant role (inventory, supply chain, project accounting, manufacturing finance, etc.) and have participated, led, and implemented an improvement initiative or project
• Experience in shared service set-up is desired but not required and able to accommodate different working shifts/schedule
• Knowledge of using Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, PPT, etc.)
• Knowledge in using reporting tools such as SAC, PowerBI, and Analysis for Office
• Knowledge of using SAP ERP

• Finance Support for Project Controllers, Project Managers, and Business Partner Managers
• Processing of requests from the above-mentioned stakeholders including but not limited to transfer of hours, costs, project closing, and coordinating other inquiries to other teams if the request is out of scope
• Perform/coordinate finance month-end closing-related activities such as manual reclass, accruals, and cost review
• Perform management reports needed by different business stakeholders
• Perform SOX compliance tasks (internal)
• Responsible for identifying, developing, and maintaining efficient and cost-effective process controls
