Description:

We are looking to appoint a Finance Analyst that is keen to learn and manage the financial aspects of our Warehouse & Transport Operations at Belle Eau Park in Bilsthorpe, Nottinghamshire. This is one of our bigger sites with over 300 staff across multiple functions.

Responsibilities:

  • Key finance representative on site
  • Ensure weekly invoicing is correct and done in a timely manner.
  • Ensure the reliability, accuracy, and completeness of the site’s financial information.
  • Preparation of business plans and forecasts
  • Track reliability of plans and performance against budgets and forecasts.
  • Ensure the quality of finance analysis and the tracking of action plans.
  • Ensure that risks and opportunities are presented in an actionable manner to the management team.
  • Liaise with on-site leadership to help with decision-making.
  • Provide financial input into any site projects, from analysing opportunities to monitoring and reporting actual performance
