With the growth of LATAM operations and Mexico serving as OXIO’s primary revenue hub, the Finance Team is seeking an assertive junior analyst to support finance operations. This role is ideal for an entry-level professional who is eager to learn and develop their skills.
The financial analyst will work 100% on-site at OXIO’s CDMX office on a part-time basis, reporting to and supporting the accountant in Mexico as part of a global finance team, with leadership based at the HQ in New York.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
- Good organizational skills with multitasking capabilities and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong team player, who generates ideas to solve problems and has a high customer service approach to their work
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics/Mathematics (New grad OK)
- Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and other Google Suite products (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
- Basic understanding of accounting principles
- Good communication skills (written and verbal) in English and Spanish

Responsibilities:
- Prepare outgoing inventory invoices upon internal request from sales team
- Assist with month-end closing by reconciling and issuing service invoices via Facturama
- Update Accounts Receivable dashboards for collections purposes
- Assist with the Vendor Onboarding and Purchase Order processes
- Continuously update the Accounts Payable tracker with new information
- Prepare and send weekly payment reminders and other correspondence
- Update Finance Operations dashboards using Pivot Tables
- Use data analysis skills to prepare non-billable reconciliation reports
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the accountant
