Responsibilities:

  • Financial Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and review monthly reports, enabling us to assess performance and make impactful adjustments.
  • Data Interpretation & Insight Generation: Collaborate cross-functionally to evaluate the financial impact of activities like promotional campaigns, seasonal changes, and inventory decisions.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Play an essential role in the budgeting process, working with departments to set ambitious yet achievable targets that align with our growth strategy.
  • Cost Control & Efficiency Improvement: Help drive our cost-efficiency initiatives by analysing expenses, suggesting improvements, and working with teams to streamline workflows.
  • Financial Modelling & Scenario Analysis: Develop models that provide insights into the financial outcomes of our strategic plans, product launches, and market expansions.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Prepare and deliver insightful financial presentations, making complex data accessible and actionable for our leadership team.
