Finance Analyst (Reporting & Corporate Tax)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Review and ensure revenue and direct cost are recognized in accordance with accounting standards
• Execute revenue related monthly closing activities and reconciliations and ensure proper and timely recording of revenue and its direct costs
• Ensure accurate and timely delivery of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports, including the analysis and commentary on major variances
• Provide monthly audit schedules and assist in internal and external audit queries
• In charge for preparation of entities corporate tax (ECI) and work closely with tax agent to file annual corporate tax returns
• Handle all tax queries and tax audit whenever required
• Assist with preparation of transfer pricing documentation
• Support and ensure compliance with all financial filling requirements, corporate tax filling requirement and statutory audit
• Involve in continuous process improvement for more effective and efficient operation
• Assist in new business initiatives and system implementation when required

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in accounting or ACCA and its equivalent
• Minimum 3 years working experience preferably with audit/tax background
• Good working knowledge of SFRS and Singapore tax
• Well-versed in MS Office, especially MS Excel, Powerpoint, Word and Outlook
• A self-starter who can plan, organize and take initiative to meet job objectives and deadlines independently
• Can-do attitude, good team player, driven and passionate about work
