Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
In this exciting role, you will:
- Carry out CRISP (RR Finance system) training and instill the value of recording cost reduction/increase initiatives to the wider population of stakeholders that we support, providing adhoc sessions on our tools and the data available to them to assist with managing product cost .
- Manage workload in accordance with the SLA or manage customers’ expectations where this is not feasible to do so, particularly around busy periods such as forecasting.
- Be responsible for adhering to the appropriate controls ensuring the relevant authorisations are obtained and audit trails are logged; and be responsible for ensuring a regular drumbeat of data integrity checks are carried out and maintain a low level of issues within CRISP to ensure we have robust data to support the relevant processes.
- Ensure all process documentation is complete and up to date with any necessary process or governance changes captured accordingly.
