Are you an enthusiastic Finance Analyst looking for your next opportunity? If so then we have the role for you! We are currently looking for a Property Finance Analyst to join our progressive and professional finance team and help manage the activities of the group’s property portfolio.

Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As the Property Finance Analyst you will help manage a range of activities for the group’s property portfolio which has 2,000 properties which includes 400 freeholds. You will be an analyst that can demonstrate experience within a large company, that can deliver high-quality month processes for property Finance.

YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • To ensure the property leasing system is kept up to date, liaising with other departments to reflect any new or modified leases.
  • To assist with the timely and accurate production of the monthly accounts, including preparing the property cost journals for the whole group to strict deadlines.
  • Preparing and completing reconciliations within agreed timescales and to an accurate level, with a view to developing a system of reporting and ensuring any adjustments are made in timely manner.
  • To answer property queries from branch and business unit management in a timely manner.
  • Assisting in preparing budgets for property costs such as rent, service charges, and rates which will be charged to the branches.
  • Maintenance of the external property database, ensuring any corrections are made in a timely manner in order to recharge to the branches.
  • Ad hoc projects as required to meet the needs of the business.
