Finance Analyst - UK, Ireland & Nordics

The FP&A Analyst is is responsible for producing, analysing, and reporting the main management indicators in order to assist the Finance Director in steering the company.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• Financial degree / qualification or equivalent relevant work experience
• Experience in a similar role within retail, luxury retail is a plus
• To be familiar with all the indicators used to manage a company
• To be familiar with the various components of an operating account
• To be familiar with a company’s accounting and financial rules
• To be familiar with the rules and processes relating to the retail business
• Proficiency in the IT tools and software used (Excel, Power point, Hyperion and JDE is a plus)
• Ability to collect, calculate and pass on information verbally and in writing
• Plan the various activities to be organised and meet deadlines
• Use and monitor data rigorously and methodically to ensure that figures are reliable
• Make the use of figures attractive to non-finance professionals
• Ability to pass on alerts, ideas and information
• Previous experience as a management control manager
• Handle business-related data with discretion and confidentiality
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Communicate effectively by adapting to different contacts
