QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting, or Business Studies.
  • Proficiency in Office suites.
  • Experience with SAP or Oracle ERPs.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a Finance and Accounting role.
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese.
  • A dynamic, organized individual with a methodical approach.
  • Experience working in a multinational company.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring quality assurance for Travel and Entertainment.
  • Reviewing accounts payable processes to guarantee correct cost allocation.
  • Supporting month-end and year-end close processes.
  • Managing account reconciliation processes.
  • Assisting with statutory, tax audits, and tax returns.
  • Ensuring compliance with GAAP principles.
  • Performing ad hoc analysis to support internal stakeholders (both business and finance).
