We are seeking a dedicated Finance and Administrative Officer to manage our financial operations and support our dynamic team during a critical phase of international expansion. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth execution of our financial processes and administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Finance and Accounting Experience: 1-3 years preferred, with a focus on financial management and accounting functions.
  • Skills: Organizational and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills to thrive in a multicultural environment.
  • Adaptability: High ethical standards and flexibility to adapt to a dynamic, evolving business landscape.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Chinese to ensure effective communication across our diverse team

Responsibilities:

Financial Management:

  • Oversee day-to-day financial operations including bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, and financial reporting.
  • Manage payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
  • Ensure compliance with local accounting standards and tax regulations.
  • Handle income tax filings for both staff and the company, ensuring compliance with local tax laws.
  • Process reimbursements efficiently and accurately.
  • Conduct regular financial audits and implement necessary improvements.

Administrative Support:

  • Provide direct administrative support to the CEO, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Act as a liaison between the CEO and other departments, ensuring smooth communication and timely execution of tasks.

HR Operations:

  • Handle all administrative aspects of HR including payroll processing, benefits administration, and compliance with local employment laws and regulations.
  • Assist with the relocation of international employees, ensuring a smooth transition and integration into the company and local culture.
