JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Finance and Office Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing financial records, ensuring accurate data entry, and providing administrative support to the Managing Director. This position requires proficiency in various software applications, including Xero/ Sage, Excel and Word, as well as strong clerical skills.
EXPERIENCE
- Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred.
- Familiarity with financial software, particularly Xero, is advantageous.
- Proficiency in using Excel
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary for this role.

Responsibilities:
DUTIES
- Maintain and update financial records with a high level of accuracy.
- Perform data entry tasks to ensure all financial transactions are recorded promptly.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements.
- Manage office tasks such as filing, scanning, and organising documents.
- Handle incoming phone calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette.
- Support the finance team with administrative duties as required.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Utilise Xero & Sage for bookkeeping tasks and financial management.
ADMINISTRATION DUTIES:
- Liaising with clients to ensure timely gathering of receipts and invoices.
- Arranging monthly meetings with clients
- Ensure tidy filing of all client records
- Collation of month end information required to balance accounts.
- Processing and collecting of expenses
AD HOC DUTIES:
- Assist with projects as directed by senior finance staff.
- Manage filing systems, ensuring documentation is filed correctly and securely.
