- 2-3 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities:
REMOTE OR HYBRID ROLE FOR AUSTIN, TX APPLICANTS
The Finance and Reporting Specialist will oversee local accounting, tax and overall compliance on a standalone legal entity level. The successful candidate will drive local financial audits and tax filings, making sure that the entity is in good standing with local authorities. This role also involves close collaboration with corporate accounting in order to enable efficient month-end closing and achieve synergies.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Tax Compliance: Prepare, file, and ensure timely submission of all tax returns, liaising with tax advisors as needed.
- Financial Statements: Prepare statutory financial statements in line with local regulations, working closely with external accounting firms to ensure compliance.
- Audits & Transfer Pricing: Coordinate statutory audits, support auditors, and ensure adherence to transfer pricing regulations.
- Payments & Banking: Review and approve payment requests, manage banking relationships, and oversee smooth transaction processing.
- Vendor & External Relations: Maintain relationships with key service providers (auditors, tax advisors) and review vendor agreements.
- Local Bookkeeping: Ensure accurate local bookkeeping, perform month-end close checks, and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
KPIs:
- Timely and accurate tax filings and financial statements.
- Compliance with audit and transfer pricing requirements.
- Maintain good-standing relationships with banks and external partners.
