Description:

OVERVIEW

CleanTEC Services Limited is seeking an enthusiastic candidate to join our finance team at our Head Office in Watford. We are an employee-owned, disability-committed, commercial cleaning company that genuinely cares about our people and our service.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Financial Controller with the smooth running of the finance department.
  • Accounts Payable including posting incoming invoices, supplier queries.
  • Posting monthly journals, processing credit cards & expenses, etc.
  • Bank Reconciliations.
  • Reconciliation of balance sheet control accounts on a monthly basis.
  • Preparation and posting of accrual and prepayment journals.
  • Assist with month-end processes and the year-end audit.
  • Prepare management accounts and financial-related reports and records.
  • Other ad-hoc duties
    Previous experience is preferred.
    Experience using Sage 50 preferred.
    This position is advertised for a start no later than the 14th of February 2025.
    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
    Pay: £33,000.00 per year
