Responsibilities:
Reporting directly to the Finance Director, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes. Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Precision in Action: Execute meticulous reviews of deal folders, working closely with business managers to secure accurate documentation.
- Technological Prowess: Upload and manage deal files within our cutting-edge dealership CRM system, ensuring a seamless flow of information.
- Administrative Mastery: Take charge of diverse administrative tasks, from printing dealer reports to registering warranties, contributing to the overall efficiency of our operations.
- Collaborative Spirit: Assist in reconciling internal spreadsheets, address inquiries from the accounting department, dealership staff, and warranty partners, fostering a cooperative environment
