McDonald’s Restaurants Belgium is seeking for a highly motivated finance professional to join our team as Finance Business Analyst.

About the role
In this key role, you will ensure the integrity and compliance of our financial operations, overseeing internal controls, regulatory compliance, risk management, and statutory reporting. You will play a critical part in maintaining financial governance while contributing to the company’s overall strategic objectives.
Reporting to the Finance and Franchising Lead, your key responsibilities as Finance Business Analyst:
- Acting as a Finance Business Partner with enterprise mindset
- Facilitate the digital transformation journey of our financial processes and systems (“GF Mod”)
- Partner with field finance thru system management and analysis
- Monitor and strengthen internal control processes and manage the segregation of duties within financial operations
- Ensure Financial Regulatory Compliance in sync with legal department
- Lead the management of financial risks and ensure ongoing adherence to McDonald’s corporate governance policies and ethical standards
About you now
To be able to thrive in this role, we believe you need to possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities:
- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Analysis or a related field
- Experience of 2-3 years – Big 4
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Proficient and agility in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting
- Ability to deliver accurate results within deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate financial concepts into clear and actionable insights
- Successful contributor to cross-functional teams, with a flexible approach and problem solving skills
- A positive, proactive and growth mindset
- An unstoppable motivation and dedication to the brand and our partners
- Fluency in Dutch/French (spoken & written), as well as a good level in English and/or French/Dutch (spoken & written)
