Our head office is based in central Manchester and is the home to many of our central functions. To support our continued ambitious growth plans, we are delighted to be recruiting for a Finance Business Analyst to join our fantastic IS team.

WHAT EXPERIENCE DO I NEED?

To work for us you must have the right attitude, aptitude and appetite for what we do. As a minimum, you will have:

• A strong understanding of finance processes for all submodules using standard D365 Finance processes, (Expert /Teacher level) with a particular focus on O2C
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role working with Dynamics 365 Finance.
• Experienced 3+ cutovers with a Finance ERP
• Experience of working as part of a project team in delivering D365 Finance implementations, in a timely manner, with high degrees of customer satisfaction.
• Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting practices.

KEY SKILLS:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with high attention to detail
• Proven team player and self-starter who is also able to work autonomously
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and work closely with them to identify acceptable solutions to business problems
• Excellent planning, organisation and time management

QUALIFICATIONS AND TRAINING:

• A bachelor’s degree in business, IT or a related field (desirable)
• Microsoft Certified MB300, MB310 (Core & Finance) or other finance qualifications (desirable)
