Finance Business Partner - 6 Month Contract

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Through Innovative Business Partnering with Marketing and Sales teams, the Demand Finance BP provides guidance and support to impact positively business performance on key Customers and Portfolios, in line with a 5 year strategy.
In this 6 month contract role – you will leverage analytics, insights and decision-making tools, and drives financial acumen within the Demand team, enabling value creation at Mars through better decisions, faster.

• Category Flywheel Team- be a key member of multiple Category Flywheel Teams to deliver on Portfolio growth and profitability ambitions in line with long-term strategy and help co-create value creation plans for the relevant portfolios
• S&OP+ support- Support preparation, participate in and act as a key member of one of the steps of the Mars S&OP+ framework.
• Trade Spend Management- Partnering with key Customer teams and SRM to drive Trade Spend efficiencies, governance, analysis, forecasting and adherence to the customer budgets
• Innovation/NPD-Steer the evaluation of innovation business cases in a prioritized way to ensure the Region meets its innovation goals in line with the long-term strategy through close cross-functional partnerships.
