• P&L Reviews: Conduct thorough profit and loss reviews to provide actionable insights.
• Ad Hoc Analysis: Support the Head of Operations Manager with various ad hoc financial tasks and projects.
• Business Cases for New Store Openings: Develop comprehensive end-to-end business cases for new store openings, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Ownership of New Store Openings: Take full ownership of financial tracking and performance analysis for new store openings.
• Post-Opening Reviews: Conduct post-opening performance reviews to ensure new stores are tracking as predicted.
• Price Review: Manage pricing models, margin analysis, cost prices, and menu optimisation to maximise profitability.
• Promotional Governance: Oversee the financial impact of promotions, ensuring robust governance and positive outcomes.
