Description:

REQUIRED MINIMUM COMPETENCIES FOR SUCCESS:

  • Minimum 5 years of business finance and similar experience
  • University and Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion or other major ERP systems is preferred.
  • Open-minded, solution-oriented and driven
  • Effective in presenting information clearly and credibly
  • Strong analytical, organizational and time management skills
  • Flexible and able to multitask / proactive and flexible
  • The ability to thrive in an international and fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in English and German required.

Responsibilities:

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

The Finance Business Partner (FBP) is responsible for driving financial reporting, governance, and ensuring operational efficiency across both promotional and production organizations. This role includes comprehensive financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, performance reporting, and in-depth financial analysis. The FBP ensures compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
In addition to these core responsibilities, the FBP leads transformation initiatives in the Country, playing a key role in the transition to the Global Excellence Centre (GEC), managing the ongoing relationship with the GEC post-transition, and overseeing the implementation of Oracle systems

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Partner with business stakeholders to manage budgets and forecasts, ensuring alignment with objectives and accurate projections.
  • Performance Reporting: Develop and present financial and KPI reports, including cost analysis (CPW, LIC/w), NPS, and other metrics to support business targets.
  • Financial Analysis & Risk Management: Conduct thorough data analysis to spot trends, improve outcomes, and mitigate financial risks.
  • Contract Management: Oversee contract negotiations and reviews with suppliers, ensuring effective legal and commercial terms.
  • Financial Reporting & Compliance: Ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance with EF and regulatory policies, and manage intercompany transactions with the GEC.
  • Legal and Tax Governance: Handle legal reviews, regulatory compliance, tax management, and governance practices, while collaborating with external experts as needed.
  • Transformation Initiatives: Guide the transition to GEC/IBM, lead Oracle implementation, and foster positive change management across the organization.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive ongoing improvements in finance and operations using technology and best practices to boost efficiency.
