ABOUT US:

Foundation Home Loans are a specialist mortgage lender, based in Bracknell in Berkshire. We are specialists because we understand the market and because we know that not everyone has straightforward requirements when it comes to mortgages.
We are looking to enhance our team and currently have a vacancy for an experienced Finance Business Partner.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

· Develop & maintain the daily cashflow forecasting models for both corporate and securitisation cash flow forecasting
· Support with liquidity/capital Stress Testing modelling & presentations
· Support with ad hoc analysis required for ALCo
· Work with Treasury & Capital Markets teams to build development of 5 Year Funding plan
· Support the Treasury and CFO with assessment of various financing options with robust financial analysis
· Build annual budgets, forecasts and monthly management reporting for Treasury function
· Monthly reporting & analysis of securitisation financials
· Support the development of new and forecasting of existing forward flow arrangements and securitisation vehicles with financial analysis and insight

ESSENTIAL SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:

· FCA or FCCA qualified with extensive experience gained within an established and well-regarded financial services organisation.
· Strong financial modelling and presentation skills
· Strategic thinking with strong financial analysis and problem solving skills
· Ability to work with Chief Treasury Officer and Capital Markets Director in a commercially astute manner
· Experience in Capital Markets and/or Corporate Finance
· Experience of Mortgage or Consumer credit business, ideally financed through Capital Markets (Warehouse and RMBS facilities)
· Have a focus on delivery and demonstrated strong problem solving & organisational skills
· Adept at managing competing priorities and meeting deadlines
· Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
· Ability to lean and leverage tools such as Power BI
· Knowledge of Oracle Fusion and/or Anaplan an advantage
