Role: Finance Business Partner - Frasers Property UK
Location: South Kensington, London - Hybrid Working available (3 days per week in the office)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Finance Business Partner to join the Frasers Property UK finance team and be a key contributor in producing corporate reporting and budgets for the UK team.
This role would suit someone who is Post-Qualified with some industry experience and seeking to build their career by gaining invaluable experience in a commercially focused organisation.
The role provides variety and the opportunity to add value through business partnering with the corporate budget holders. The role also involves reviewing overheads and costs, cash flow analysis and supporting corporate projects, and supporting the Group Reporting and Systems Accountant with statutory reporting and monthly UK consolidation reporting to Singapore.

Responsibilities:

  • Monthly Financial Reporting: Responsible for FPUK corporate monthly management reporting, consolidation reporting to Singapore, and delivery of financial reports to budget holders with variance analysis.
  • Cash Flow and Overheads Management: Perform ongoing cash flow analysis and manage costs like rent, service charges, and other overheads for the FPUK corporate group.
  • Audit and Compliance: Integral to the internal and external audit process, delivering audit-related information and ensuring compliance with deadlines and standards.
  • Financial Data Preparation: Prepare and provide financial data on an ad hoc basis and maintain key reconciliations, including balance sheet and VAT.
  • Support for Statutory Reporting: Assist with the preparation of statutory financial statements for the UK, Jersey, and Luxembourg entities.
  • Group Reporting: Contribute to the monthly UK consolidation process and monthly/quarterly management reporting information.
  • Internal Control and Procedures: Support the group finance team in maintaining internal controls, such as bank reconciliations, vendor, and customer approvals.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders (surveyors, commercial teams, and project managers) to enhance financial insights and reporting accuracy.
  • Business Strategy Alignment: Use business strategy knowledge to provide relevant insights into performance, influencing decisions with a forward-looking and commercial perspective.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Maintain a collaborative and inclusive approach while ensuring clear communication of deliverables, standards, and deadlines to stakeholders.
  • Compliance and Procedures: Ensure adherence to Frasers Property’s policies and procedures, and maintain a safe working environment while delivering financial reporting.
