Job Description
As a Finance Business Partner at NCS Australia, you’ll collaborate with the Markets and Global Practices teams, playing a crucial role in driving business strategy formulation and execution. Your financial insights, advisory capabilities, and consultative support will guide decision-making processes to achieve business outcomes and financial success. In addition, you will monitor and report on financial metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to business leaders, enhancing profitability through strategic involvement in complex deals to win and retain clients.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include supporting business leaders with strategy alignment and execution, providing detailed financial analysis and key financial metrics, and developing financial forecast models. You will actively manage financial targets by offering actionable financial insights and recommendations. Additionally, you will oversee the development and management of budgets, create key presentation decks, and provide advisory services on operational matters related to processes and procedures.

Qualifications
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Finance, Accounting, or Business
- Considerable experience in business partnering, financial analysis, and management reporting
- Advanced proficiency in MS applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong understanding of accounting standards
- Ability to partner with and influence senior leaders, possessing excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Strong leadership abilities, highly motivated to overcome challenges, and capable of acting as a change agent within the company
- Experience with Enterprise BSS and ERP systems (E.g. Salesforce, Certinia, SAP, PowerBI, Dynamics) and domain knowledge of the IT Services industry
