About the role
Join our Online Finance team in this fantastic role! Partnering the Online Development Director and the Growth Finance Director, you will be responsible for F&F Online launch as well as continuous improvement of core Home Delivery Service.

You will be responsible for
- F&F ONLINE: Partnering with various colleagues to ensure the successful launch of F&F Online, including execution of the F&F Online strategy, building F&F Online reporting, forecasts, budget and Long Term Plan, and driving action to ensure delivery against F&F targets.
- ONLINE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE: Support technology teams to improve and enhance web and app core Grocery Home Service to enable customers to get what they want simply (e.g. through search, favourites and personalisation). Generate insightful analysis to support decision making. Proactively identify issues and work to resolve.
- ONLINE TRADE PLAN: Improve Online margin through development of Online specific promotions and pricing opportunities (e.g. personalised pricing and product subscriptions).
You will need
- Accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- Experience of engaging and influencing senior finance and non-finance colleagues
- The ability to interpret data & derive insight to drive decision making
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Good commercial awareness and big picture thinking
