About the Role
- Prepare monthly accurate, insightful, and timely performance reports highlighting drivers of financial performance and recommend solutions for corrective or optimisation actions to MSH’s research stakeholders (e.g., Principal Investigators, clinical specialities, Executive leads and Metro South Research Council).
- Utilise available enterprise-wide information management systems and Office 365 applications to analyse and report expenditure and revenue trends, affecting research funds outcome.
- Support Principal Investigators and other research staff to enable timely submission of research grant applications and reporting acquittals, including calculation and recognition of in-kind contributions (in line with funding scheme conditions).
- Prepare research cost centre and Internal Order Number (IONs) budgets and maintain working papers and reports following prescribed Finance Budget Guidelines, Principles, and timeframes.
