The Position

The Finance Business Partner (FBP) serves as key business partner to the commercial organization. As a FBP you demonstrate your in-depth business understanding combined with financial expertise in driving initiatives forward that are essential to delivering our strategy. The FBP builds networks across the organization, to share best practices and co-create solutions that generate value for the affiliate, the customers and the patients. As FBP, you are a trusted thought partner to business stakeholders, where you will ensure efficient resource allocation and maximum impact along the patient journey.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a financial advisor to Therapeutic Areas, Ecosystems and their teams providing insights and fostering financial performance.
- Develop and manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to ensure financial targets are met.
- Contribute financial expertise in the construction of solutions and financial models to support outcomes and seek sustainable opportunities in each ecosystem
- Support discussions on ecosystem performance, seeking triple benefit and leading beyond financial aspects by connecting with other leaders in the organization.
- Support strategic planning by analyzing financial data and identifying trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with corporate financial objectives.
- Implement and maintain financial controls and compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Activate the Network (i.e., LATAM Business Partners, Champion, eCOE) in the search for efficiencies, strategic alignment, fluid resources, and maximizing impacts beyond CCAV
