SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
• CA/CPA qualifications.
• Proven experience in business partnering, including expertise in annual budgeting, modern financial reporting, forecasting, and a deep understanding of cost structures and drivers.
• Solid experience with month-end procedures and reconciliations.
• Strong ability to advise business leaders on financial management issues.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the capacity to manage a heavy workload, juggle competing priorities and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems, such as Microsoft Dynamics (Finance and Operations).

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Finance Business Partner will play a pivotal role in assessing financial performance, uncovering trends, opportunities, and challenges, and delivering insightful recommendations to key stakeholders. In this newly created role, you will collaborate closely with business leaders, providing high-quality data analysis, reporting, and comprehensive financial support, specifically for key overhead functions. Additionally, you’ll be responsible for ad-hoc analysis, keeping up with macroeconomic trends, as well as conducting industry and competitor analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
