Responsibilities:
THE ROLE
We are looking for an inquisitive and process driven Finance clerk to join our growing Finance team.
Our Finance clerks are responsible for numerous key tasks that keep the business running smoothly and without delay. Good organisational and time management skills are key in this role, as deadlines are often tight.
Working as part of an experienced team, this role will have a focus on accounts payable and purchase ledger. However you’ll also provide financial support and administration services across the business, covering various differing functions. They may include:
- Bank and balance sheet reconciliations
- Bank account administration
- Cash and rent accounting
- Month end reconciliations
- General office tasks
You will also have specific duties within your role that aren’t covered by other Clerks, so you’ll get to take ownership of certain tasks and become the go-to person within the company.
Whilst experience within a financial role is required, you will receive training on all aspects of the role, so this is a great opportunity to further develop your skill set.
