For a dynamic small Swiss company specialized in sustainable manufacturing we are looking for a Finance Controller
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Build and maintain financial models for forecasting and budgeting
- Manage and comply with Swiss local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings
- Research technical accounting and finance issues to ensure compliance with relevant standards
- Handle complex reconciliations and capitalisation schedules (inventory, development cost, production cost absorption)
- Perform detailed data analysis to support financial decisions
- Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
- Provide support for quarter-end and year-end close activities, in collaboration with the Senior Accountant
