Description:
BIMM is booming, so we’re looking for a Finance Director to join our team! This is a contract role covering a maternity leave between October 2024 – January 2026.
As we observe a hybrid model, this role will require you to be in office at BIMM HQ (Distillery District) up to 2 days per week.

REQUIREMENTS
- 15+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience
- Experience in a creative agency or similar
- Previous people management experience (5+ years of experience managing teams of people)
- Excellent PC and system skills, including advanced Excel, and other Microsoft
- Office applications
- Designated Accountant (CPA)
- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail, and able to prioritize tasks
- High standard of integrity and quality
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with a team and individuals
- Appreciates the “client first” mindset of a professional services organization
- Possesses a hands-on, action-oriented, entrepreneurial style
- Enjoys being part of a dynamic, creative and highly competitive business
