FINANCE DIRECTOR

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1）Financial planning and analysis, create and manage financial models, responsible for the Group’s budgets and forecasts, prepare finance date analyse and management.
2）Enhance Financial Processes, establish financial management system,and enhance the Group’s financial processes for efficiency.
3）Prepare comprehensive financial reporting and financial control, monitor expenses and ensure adherence to budget guidelines.
4）Ensure compliance with regional taxation laws and regulations, and manage all tax related activities.
5）Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of financial goals with overall business objectives.
6）Lead and manage the finance team, oversee and evaluate the daily operations.

REQUIREMENTS:

1）Master’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2）10+ years of working experience in relevant financing or accounting areas.
3）Proficiency in financial modelling, forecasting techniques, and financial analysis tools.
4）Strong leadership, ownership and commitment, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
5）Good communication skills in both English and Chinese
