Robert Half has partnered with a Toledo-based nonprofit organization as they look to add a talented Finance Director to their team. As the leader of the accounting/finance function, you will play an integral role in the overall success of the organization as you:

• Oversee the month-end close process and prepare financial statements.
• Coordinate bi-weekly payroll processes, ensuring they are outsourced effectively.
• Manage Medicaid and waiver billing, ensuring accurate and timely billing processes.
• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
• Handle 990 tax filings, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Review expenditures, identifying areas for potential cost savings.
• Assist the HR Department with financial matters, providing expert advice and guidance.
• Present financial results to the board, providing clear and accurate financial updates.
• Oversee financial statement preparation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Manage the annual budgeting process, ensuring adequate resources are allocated for business needs.
