Responsibilities:
- This role will directly report to the CFO of Textron Specialized Vehicles, and will act as CFO of our Turf business with activities including developing, organising, forecasting, and evaluating the business’ fiscal function and performance;
- Oversee enterprise-wide support of Textron operations in the UK;
- Provide timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial reports, and financial trends in order to assist the senior leadership team and customer groups;
- Impact continuous improvement of the budgeting process through education of department managers on financial issues impacting their budgets;
- Develop a reliable cash flow projection process and reporting mechanism and prepare and lead Annual Operating Plan and Long-Range Plan development;
- Provide strategic financial input and leadership on decision making issues affecting the organisation, including evaluation of potential alliances, acquisitions and other investments;
- Evaluate pricing structure within the business and analyze inventory and improve inventory turns;
- Evaluate and advise on the impact of long-range planning, introduction of new programs/strategies, and regulatory action;
- Lead the resolution of Audit Findings across both Internal (Textron Audit Services) and External (Ernst & Young) audit cycles.
