The Position
THE OPPORTUNITY
At Roche, our Finance Centers of Excellence have led the way in breaking down silos, removing hierarchies, and working in new ways. We are looking for individuals who display the Finance Mindset & Behaviors, and will support a living organism that will leverage the business knowledge and financial expertise of the network to deliver exceptional results for Finance and Roche.
To further strengthen our network, we are looking for a candidate who will focus primarily on the following activities for the Roche Diagnostics Division:
- Analyze P&L and Balance Sheet performance across the Diagnostics Division, regions, and affiliates to identify key performance drivers, and present consolidated financial results to senior leaders.
- Partner with DIA Strategic Finance on various deliverables, including RRM and DLT presentations, MOs and T0, with strong focus on Cash Flow/NOA controlling.
- Collaborate with Investor Relations and Strategic Finance to develop financial narratives and contribute to Roche Finance reports for half-year and year-end closures.
- Serve as a member of the Financial Insights and Reporting team (FIRE) to achieve group deliverables representing the Diagnostics Division.
