Are you an ambitious and established Finance Business Partner who is looking for their next challenge? Our Business Finance team is looking for an established Finance Enterprise Partner (FEP) professional to join our team in the Burgess Hill office on a permanent basis working in a Hybrid model.
You will report to the Business Finance Chapter Lead with no direct reports.

• Leading the Business Plan process
• Managing the P&L in accordance with Roche guidelines
• Articulating the Financial Position with calls to action to Senior leaders at Roche
• Leading Finance Projects which align with the F&O Vision.
• Actively drive transformation, enabling the organisation to live the Future of Financ
