The Position
Responsibilities:
- Partner with the business and support co-lead touchpoints throughout the whole customer journey with an enterprise mindset.
- Balance resource allocation across competing priorities and provide advice on financial implications of proposed business activities
- Key partner for developing a coherent affiliate commercial strategy as well as commercial business related processes such as business planning, opportunity prioritization and creative strategies for revenue generation.
- Ensure financials are on track to achieve targeted business results and metrics, or advise on deviations and corrective actions
- Participate in FEP communities to learn, share and implement best practices across markets
- Support the business and customers in co-creating new business models, quantifying value, and providing pricing transparency
- Stimulate behaviors across the organization aligned with financial objectives.
- Monitor and manage customer performance over the whole contract life cycle with a profitability and outcomes based perspective.
- Propose & drive ideas for P&L improvement - upsell opportunities, efficiency/waste improvement, risk reduction, channel filling etc.
- Play active part in ensuring sustainable commercial deals by considering risk evaluation, competitor assumptions and implementing sustainable pricing strategies
- Stay abreast of and scan the internal and external business landscape for trends, issues and opportunities to create value
