Description:
The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Executive to join our dynamic team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our financial department’s operations, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and contributing to the strategic financial planning of the organization. The Finance Executive will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and assisting in budgeting and forecasting processes. This position offers an excellent opportunity for growth and development in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: - Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, reports, and records in compliance with applicable regulations and standards. - Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring timely and accurate reporting to management. - Support the budgeting process by providing relevant financial data and analysis to assist in strategic planning. - Conduct thorough financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement. - Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments. - Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial policies and procedures are adhered to and understood. - Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with local tax regulations. - Participate in audits by providing necessary documentation and supporting the auditors as needed. - Monitor cash flow and prepare cash flow forecasts to support financial planning. - Stay updated on financial regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and enhance financial processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is a plus. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, preferably in a corporate environment. - Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements. - Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems is an advantage. - Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting. - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present financial information clearly. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, managing multiple priorities effectively. - High level of integrity and professionalism, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality. - Proactive attitude and a willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
