REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an accounting role in a large organization with hands-on experience in account payables, receivables, financial audits and tax computation.
  • Ability to handle a high volume of accounts payable.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily accounting operations in accounts payables and receivables.
  • Prepare bank reconciliation, journals, and intercompany reconciliation.
  • Coordinate monthly account closing, guide and monitor accounts assistant/officer daily job competence.
  • Prepare tax computation / tax estimate (CP204) and to ensure the monthly tax installment is paid on time.
  • Prepare monthly management accounts, provide supporting schedule, financial analyses, and ensure it meets the group submission deadline.
  • Assist in audit, prepare audit schedules, and liaise with company auditor.
  • Assist in preparing annual Budget and Business Plan.
  • Liaise/coordinate with internal parties and external parties on accounting and financial issues when required.
  • Continuously propose and support the team process workflow improvement initiatives.
  • Manage ad-hoc projects/duties/task as assigned from time to time.
  • To comply and adhere to all matters pertaining to Quality, Safety & Health, and Environment related to the job scope and workplace as required by the Company.
